Native American celebration planned at county fairgrounds


The Spokane Tribe invites the public to its second annual Native American Heritage Celebration on Tuesday at the Spokane County Fair and Expo Center.

Activities include performances by students from Wellpinit and Roosevelt elementary schools and story telling by Spokane tribal elders, as well as a mini-powwow and a tribute to veterans.
