Driver ejected in Lincoln County

A man driving a Chevy pickup was ejected in an accident on Highway 23 near Sprague in Lincoln County at 5:30 a.m. Sunday. The truck left the road and rolled twice, according to a Washington State Patrol press release. The driver, 28-year-old Eric D. Gajewski, of Sprague, was charged with driving under the influence. He was not wearing his seat belt. No other cars were involved in the accident. Gajewski was taken to Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.
