New faces

Brett McCaffray has been hired by SiteCrafting as a web application developer for the company’s Spokane office. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management information systems from Gonzaga University.

14Four has hired Ian Shea as a front end developer. He previously started his own freelance development and design company, Sorry I’m So Awesome, and worked as a lead designer and front end developer for Imageworks Media Group in Pasco. He holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic communication and a minor in electronic media and film from Eastern Washington University.

Richard Allen has been hired by Kootenai Prosthetics and Orthotics in Coeur d’Alene as a clinical prosthetic specialist. He is a graduate of St. Petersburg College of Orthotics and Prosthetics and is certified by the American Board for Certification in Prosthetics.

Kootenai Electric Cooperative has hired Chris Kastella as manager of member services. She previously worked for Homer Electric Association in Alaska. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and has nearly 30 years of utility industry experience. The company also hired Terry Robinson as manager of finance and accounting. He previously served as a consultant for TCA Consulting and has close to 30 years experience working in the telecommunications industry. He is a licensed certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from Central Washington University, a master’s degree in business administration from Butler University and a master’s degree in management in financial planning services from the University of Dallas.

Dr. Kimberly Hartnett has joined Surgical Specialists of Spokane as a board certified colorectal surgeon. She holds undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, completed her internship and residency in general surgery at Maine Medical Center in Portland and completed her fellowship training in colorectal surgery at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

L&S Engineering Associates has hired Rachel Aritchita as a mechanical designer. She previously worked as a mechanical designer for Monterey Energy Group of Pacific Grove, Calif., and holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering technology from the Oregon Institute of Technology.

Promotion

Abby Koder has been promoted from marketing manager to vice president of marketing and strategy for Global Credit Union. She has been with the company for 14 years.

Elected

The following individuals have been elected as new directors for the Inland Northwest Community Foundation’s board of directors: Betsy Wilkerson, owner/administrator of Moore’s Boarding Home in Spokane; K. Duane Brelsford, president and CEO of Corporate Pointe Developers in Pullman; and Charles Nipp, owner and manager of Parkwood Business Properties in Coeur d’Alene.
