Spokane police are asking for help locating a father who is suspected of abducting his children. Anyone with information about 33-year-old Chad Phillips is asked to call Crime Check at (509) 456-2233, police Officer Jennifer DeRuwe said in a news release. Missing are Kaleb, Dawson and Bishop Phillips. Their father, Chad Phillips, stands 5-foot-10, weighs 180 pounds and has blond hair and blue eyes. He may be driving a green Chevrolet Monte Carlo with Indiana plates, DeRuwe said. At 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, a Superior Court awarded custody of the children to their mother. Chad Phillips was also present, and he took the children after the court appearance and may be fleeing to Indiana, DeRuwe said. He was last seen near the intersection of Monroe Street and Indiana Avenue in Spokane, DeRuwe said. Kaleb is 10, Dawson is 8 and Bishop is 6.
