Role for foreign medics

There is a simple and reasonable solution to the doctor shortage in the U.S.: Require foreign doctors to serve five years in rural, urban and other underserved areas. This is certainly not asking too much of immigrants who will ultimately enjoy a far greater share of the “American dream” than the average American citizen.

We cannot accept more than one letter a month from the same writer.
