Family worried about missing Spokane woman
Police are looking for a missing 39-year-old Spokane woman who was last seen in downtown Spokane.
The woman, Heather L. Higgins, has not been in contact with her family since the end of September, and they are worried about her welfare, police said. Higgins is wanted on two misdemeanor warrants.
Anyone with any information about Higgins is asked to call Crime Check at 456-2233.
