Highway 2 rollover injures three
Three people were injured in a rollover car crash at 1:22 p.m. on U.S. Highway 2 about five miles east of Creston, Wash., on Wednesday.
The driver, Delores J. Taylor, 67, of Greenacres, drifted off the roadway, overcorrected and rolled into a ditch. Taylor was driving a 2007 Toyota Camry, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Taylor and one of her passengers, Esther R. Hansen, 80, of Stanwood, Wash., were taken to Lincoln Hospital in Davenport, Wash., for treatment. They were expected to be released Wednesday night, a hospital spokeswoman said.
The third passenger, Alec C. Pfitzer, 76, of Omak, Wash., was airlifted to Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center. His condition was not available Wednesday evening.
All three were wearing seat belts, according to a WSP news release.
