Walk to Defeat ALS - Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (commonly referred to as Lou Gehrig’s disease) is a progressive, fatal neuromuscular disease. Bike MS: Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes - Cycle 150 miles in two days. Travel the historic Union Pacific rail beds along lakes, over the 3,100-foot-long railroad bridge and through the ancestral lands of the Coeur d’Alene Nation. This tour is fully equipped with three meals each day, rest stops every 12-15 miles, bike mechanics, medical support and Saturday Night Celebration.
