Coming up

Among upcoming DVD releases (schedule subject to change):

Tuesday: “Ondine,” “Robin Hood,” “Modern Family: The Complete First Season”

Sept. 28: “Babies,” “Coco Chanel & Igor Stravinsky,” “Frozen,” “Get Him to the Greek,” “Iron Man 2,” “The Killer Inside Me”

Oct. 5: “Splice,” “Hand in Hand,” “The Karate Kid,” “A Nightmare on Elm Street,” “The Secret of Kells”

Available on DVD this week:

“Letters to Juliet”: Vanessa Redgrave and Amanda Seyfried co-star in this quasi-romantic comedy about old love and new love in Verona, Italy. With Franco Nero, Gabriel Garcia Bernal and Christopher Egan. (1:45; PG for rude behavior, sensual images and language) • • •

“Just Wright”: Queen Latifah and Common star in this smartly made, thoroughly likable Cinderella rom-com, about an NBA all-star and the physical therapist who comes into his life to fix his knee – and gets into a fix when she falls in love. (1:51; PG for suggestive material and language) • • •

“Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time”: Jake Gyllenhaal takes the title role of this numbing adaptation of the popular video game. Never mind the arch dialogue and dopey declarations about “destiny,” the movie doesn’t even deliver on the action. Rarely has such a big-budget spectacle been shot and edited so counter-intuitively. (1:55; PG-13 for violence) • •

Also available: “Glee: The Complete First Season,” “Grey’s Anatomy: The Complete Sixth Season,” “The Big Bang Theory: The Complete Third Season.”
