View new homes during festival

The sixth annual Fall Festival of Homes will be Friday through Sunday and Oct. 1 through Oct. 3, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The show features 41 homes from 24 of Spokane’s best builders. The homes range in value from $164,900 to $849,000 and are located in neighborhoods throughout Spokane. Participants of the tour will have the opportunity to enter a drawing to win $8,000 worth of appliances from Fred’s Appliances at any host site.
