Civil cases incorrectly listed

Thirteen civil cases listed in the Washington Records Saturday actually were filed in April 2009; they were reprinted due to incorrect information received from the Spokane County Superior Court clerk’s office. The cases are below:

Spokane Neighborhood Action Programs v. Victoria Miller et al., restitution of premises.

Janet K. Jones v. Steve Beck et al., restitution of premises.

Bertis and Wieber LLC v. Brittney J. Defrate et al., restitution of premises.

Inland Building Systems Inc. v. Advanced Home Exteriors Inc., money claimed owed.

JPN Properties LLC et al. v. Paula Sabins et al., quiet title.

Mid Mountain Machinery Inc. v. Daniel J. Mally, money claimed owed.
