Harpham booking photo released

The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office has released the booking photo of domestic terrorism suspect Kevin W. Harpham. Harpham, who was arrested March 9 by scores of federal agents, is due to appear next Thursday at a pretrial hearing before U.S. District Court Judge Justin Quackenbush. The evidence for the basis of charges against Harpham remains sealed. Harpham, 36, of Colville, faces charges of attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction and possession of an unregistered destructive device. He faces up to life in prison at his trial, which is currently set for May 31. Harpham was charged in connection with a bomb discovered Jan. 17 along the planned route of the Martin Luther King Jr. Day Unity March.
