New Faces

ALSC Architects has hired Rex Anderson as a project architect. He is a licensed architect in Washington and a LEED Accredited Professional. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture with a minor in art from the University of Idaho.

Cameron Baden has been hired as an electrical drafter for H2E Incorporated in Liberty Lake. He is a graduate of the Computer Drafting and Design program at Spokane Community College. The company also hired Rick Woods as an electrical designer. He has more than 15 years of electrical industry experience.

Jeff Hyndman has been hired as manager of the South Hill/Lincoln Heights Miller Paint store. He holds a degree in management information systems and general management from Eastern Washington University. The company also hired Kristopher Blair to work for the Miller Paint Lincoln Heights store. He has five years of paint and coatings business experience. Both Hyndman and Blair previously served as store managers of Sherwin Williams. Windermere North LLC has hired Amanda Wright, Lorelei Barrett and Gina Graves as sales associates for the company’s Spokane office.

Buck and Affiliates West hired Karen Fournier as an account executive. She has more than 20 years of related experience, previously worked for Inland Insurance and is director of Hearth Homes.

Jeremy Hyndman has been hired as an associate attorney, specializing in commercial litigation, for K and L Gates LLP’s Spokane/Coeur d’Alene office.

Spokane Teachers Credit Union has hired Jeff Olson as director of real estate services. He previously held senior management positions at two community banks in Western Washington.

Katerina Korish has been hired as an international trade specialist for the Washington Spokane Business Development Center’s Spokane Export Center. She previously owned and operated a gourmet wholesale business in Madison, Wis. She holds a bachelor’s degree in interpretation with a minor in international relations and a master’s degree in sociolinguistics from Minsk State University; and a master’s degree in corporate communication from Baruch College, The City University of New York.

Sirti had hired John Beck as finance and contracts coordinator. He previously worked as an auditor for the State of Washington, as a chief financial officer for various large nonprofit organizations, and owned and managed several businesses. He has more than 30 years of experience in leadership and financial management.

Appointed

Mayor Mary Verner appointed Pat Millen as a member of the city of Spokane’s Human Services Advisory Board. Millen is executive director of St. Joseph Family Center.

Promotions

Steve Goodmansen has been promoted from project manager and head of IT services to architect for Bernardo-Wills Architects. He has been with the firm for 12 years.

Northwest Farm Credit Services promoted Linda Hendricksen to senior vice president of marketing. The company also promoted John Phelan from senior vice president of the company’s commercial lending group for four northwest states to executive vice president/chief risk officer. He has been with the company since 1992.

Kudos

Valerie Fast Horse received the “Women Making History” award from the Boise State Women’s Center and has been appointed to serve on Federal Communication Commission-Native Nations Broadband Task Force. Fast Horse is the information and technology director for the Coeur d’Alene Tribe.
