Spokane County sheriff’s deputies say a 27-year-old man died Saturday night when his motorcycle left the road near Pinewood Road and Waikiki Road in north Spokane.
The driver’s identity was not released, pending a Monday autopsy.
When responding to the crash, deputies found the injured man along the road and unconscious. He died a short while later, according to the sheriff’s office. He was driving a 2009 Yamaha motorcycle.
Speed and alcohol were factors in the collision, according to an investigators accident report. No other details were provided, however.
