Child molester gets 12-year term for porn

From Staff Reports

A child molester was sentenced Friday in Spokane to 12 years in federal prison for possession of child pornography.

Donald D. Holloway, 51, of Valley, Wash., received a longer sentence because of previous convictions in Stevens County for second-degree and third-degree child molestation.

The level 3 sex offender was arrested in December 2009 after three computers containing child pornography were seized from his home in the 2900 block of Bakie Road in Valley, along with digital media and printed images.

Holloway was already on probation for a 2002 marijuana conviction. He also was convicted of indecent liberties in 1981.

“Repeat offenders have proven that they have no place in our neighborhoods,” Michael Ormsby, U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Washington, said in a prepared statement.

Another story which proves the justice system is broken. This low life should be thrown into the slammer and the key thrown away.

Your right Dick but I think the system only works for its self. If they give scum like this too long of a sentence then they wont be able to bust him several more times. It is called job security.

Look at Ray Hall, how many jobs did he keep active being let in and out like a swinging door.
