“Seed the Feast”: Fall Course - Presented by Wild Sage American Bistro and Kathy Curtiss of Singing Gardens. Course will discuss harvesting, late season crops, crop rotation, structural and cloth season extenders, recipes, canning, freezing, juicing, evaluating and planning for next season. At the conclusion of the course, a feast will be offered featuring the season’s abundance prepared by Chef Charles of Wild Sage.
