Brower is impressive

I recently had the great good fortune to meet Deana Brower, who is running for the Spokane school board. What a positive contribution she can make! She brings classroom experience as a teacher. She has also paid her dues in volunteer work, heading the school levy campaign and chairing the Human Growth and Development advisory committee. In my family, we always base our judgments on what kind of parent a person is. Well, Deana’s daughter is about the most poised, secure and articulate young person I have met in a long while.

We are all so grateful to the Spokane School Board members who serve without compensation. I would have complete confidence in Deana’s ability to set sound educational policy.
