Bluegrass festival: Bluegrass music fills the air as guitarist Ronaldo Chavez, mandolin player Singer Coats and Dobro player Rick Watson hold a jam session in the shade Friday before the official opening of the Blue Waters Bluegrass Festival at Waterfront Park on Medical Lake.
