Building description incorrect
The portion of the Ridpath Hotel complex that served as a YWCA from 1919 to 1938 is located on the northwest corner of First Avenue and Stevens Street. Because of a reporter’s error, the Y building’s location was incorrectly listed in a Spokesman-Review article about the Ridpath on Dec. 2.
