BluePrint for Health Workshop – One-day workshop features a hands-on cooking class and one-on-one advice from a registered dietician, a personal trainer and a chef. Topics covered include: setting your caloric needs for weight loss, setting SMART fitness goals, and creating a custom weekly exercise plan. Participants take home a BluePrint Workbook, healthy recipes, fitness resources (including sample workout, tracking charts and more), nutrition resources (including three-day diet sample, 10 steps to portion management, and more), and a BluePrint Workshop DVD.
