Angel is a young adult female shepherd mix looking for an active, loving home. She is a little shy and eager to learn new things. She is sweet and gentle – always wanting to please. She gets along well with cats and dogs.

Please refer to the pet’s ID number when contacting SCRAPS with questions about one of the adoptable pets. If you are interested in this dog or any animal at SCRAPS, call (509) 477-2532 or come by the shelter 2421 N. Flora Road, Spokane Valley. Until the end of December, SCRAPS will waive adoption fees for pets. Animal adoptions will include only the cost of the license, which is $25 for dogs and $15 for cats.
