Coeur d’Alene Summer Theatre Classes – Auditioning Workshop: For ages 3-5. Learn the nuts and bolts of auditioning for a professional or community theater. Students get an opportunity to perform for Artist Director Roger Welch using prepared material, and he will coach and give direction. Workshop also covers pictures, resumes, what to wear and how to prepare for an audition. Participants should bring sheet music for two songs, roughly 16 bars each. Saturday, 2-5 p.m., $35. Master Audition Class: For ages 16 and older. Class starts with a question and answer session, followed by each actor performing for Artist Director Roger Welch using their prepared material in a group format. Open to all genres and ages; no previous playwriting experience or past production history is required.
