Eastern Washington Eagles outlook

RECORD: 8-15 overall, 5-6 Big Sky

COMING UP: Saturday vs. Weber State, 7:05 at Reese Court

OUTLOOK: The well-rested Eagles, after snapping an 18-game road losing streak with a 69-67 win over Idaho State last Saturday, return home Saturday to take on a Weber State team that is playing without Damian Lillard, the returning conference MVP, who broke his foot nine games into the season. In Lillard’s absence, the Wildcats have done their scoring by committee and have five players, led by senior guard Lindsey Hughey (12.2 ppg), averaging at least eight points per game. The two-time defending regular-season Big Sky champions will take a three-game winning streak into tonight’s home game against Northern Arizona.
