Rogers junior serves as page in Olympia

Rogers High School junior Clint Brantley recently served as a page in the Washington State House of Representatives, sponsored by Rep Larry Crouse, R-Spokane Valley.

According to a press release from the Washington House Republicans, Crouse said of Brantley, “I had the opportunity to see Clint in action first hand when I was invited to his class earlier in the school year by his debate teacher. All the students involved in that day’s debate did a fantastic job and impressed me with their thoughtful reasoning. I asked Clint if he had ever thought about being a legislative page and invited him to apply. I am extremely pleased he was able to take part in this experience. I know he will remember it for years to come.”

Paging gives students an educational opportunity to participate in the legislative process.
