Cat spay/neuter offered for $15

SPOKANE – The Spokane Humane Society, Pet Savers and SpokAnimal have joined for SCAT, a one day Cat Spay/Neuter event, on Saturday. Adult cats and kittens 8 weeks and older can be spayed or neutered for $15.
