WSU’s Moore cited

PULLMAN – The Whitman County prosecutor’s office cited Washington State starting point guard Reggie Moore for two misdemeanor drug counts Tuesday related to a December search of a Scott Hall room, according to WSU police department report. Moore was cited for possession of marijuana less than 40 grams and use of drug paraphernalia. The charges date back to a Dec. 11 search and each carry mandatory minimums of one day in jail and a fine that usually ranges between $250 and $500. Moore has already been subjected to team discipline, according to a statement from coach Ken Bone released Wednesday night, and will not miss tonight’s game with Oregon State. “This is a team matter that we take very seriously,” Bone’s statement said. “We initially learned about this incident Dec. 12, and at this time we have dealt with, and are still dealing with the issue. “We will take further appropriate action if necessary.”
