Premiums information misstated

Unemployment compensation reforms proposed by Gov. Chris Gregoire would lower 2011 premiums for 90 percent of employers to less than the level now required by law. About one-half will pay rates lower than those for 2010. A reporter misstated the extent of the reduction in a story Wednesday.
