Fairfield City Council – The council voted to retain Century West Engineering and TD&H Engineering Consultants through 2012. A new water service line on Portland Avenue has been completed. Rockford City Council – The Rockford Community Center is moving to a new location behind the Methodist Church. A council retreat is being planned for March, but a specific date hasn’t yet been set.
