• Great Northern League: Nick Gonzalez (160) and Matthew Mastronardi (171) ended the night with pins to cap East Valley’s 50-24 win at West Valley (1-2). WV jumped to a 9-0 lead before Bodee Hart’s 27-second pin at 103 helped the Knights rally. At 140, WV’s Luke Konzal had a pair of third-period takedowns to defeat Cody Chapman 10-7.
Ferris scored a season-best 147.45 points to hold off Mt. Spokane (144.75) and win a five-team GSL meet at Rogers. Shadle Park’s Alana Norman won the uneven bars (8.5) and vault (9.1) on the way to the all-around title at 35.225. Mt. Spokane’s Courtney Bray finished second in the all-around at 35.05 after winning the balance beam (9.25) and floor exercise (9.325).
Marah Ashcraft scored 20 points to lead Kellogg (5-7) to a 44-17 nonleague win over visiting Wallace (5-6).
