Julie Turbin, of Kootenai Electric Cooperative, reported Thursday the $53 theft of an Ancra chain ratchet, the $360 theft of a metal chain and the $76 theft of a battery from a utility trailer at a job site at East Dodd and North Rimrock roads in Hayden.
