Sheriff’s office releases Creach shooting investigation
The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office posted a redacted version of the investigation into the shooting of Wayne Scott Creach by Deputy Brian Hirzel online.
The investigation can be read on the sheriff’s website, www.spokanesheriff.org, by clicking the press release tab then the internal investigation link, the sheriff’s office announced today.
The website’s copy of the Aug. 25 shooting is a compact version of the overall investigation and does not include exhibits. Portions not posted on the site can be reviewed by visiting the Spokane County Sheriff’s Civil Division between 8:30 a.m …
