A salute to Condon

A recent Spokesman article (“West Point trained local bankers to survive,” June 19) shared the contributions veterans have played in the success of Spokane business and founding. The military trains leaders to perform in uncertain situations.

Spokane and the country are going through very uncertain times. That’s one reason why David Condon is the best choice for the next mayor of Spokane. He spent nine years as an Army officer, several of these as a mobile hospital officer. Condon was born and raised in Spokane and after traveling with the military has returned home to raise his family in what he believes is the best city in America.

As an Air Force veteran, I urge your support for David Condon.
