Senior meals

For the week of July 18-22

Monday – Option 1: Lasagna, vegetables, sunshine salad, breadstick, apple crisp. Option 2: Egg salad sandwich and soup, vegetables, sunshine salad, breadstick, apple crisp.

Tuesday – 1: Chicken with cornbread stuffing, vegetables, cucumber- tomato salad, dinner roll, brownie. 2: Taco salad, vegetables, cucumber- tomato salad, dinner roll, brownie.

Wednesday – 1: Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, beets, salad with dressing, peaches. 2: BLT wrap, mashed potatoes, beets, salad with dressing, peaches.

Thursday – 1: Tuna noodle casserole, broccoli, spinach salad, breadstick, berries with topping. 2: French dip sandwich, broccoli, spinach salad, breadstick, berries with topping.

Friday – 1: Braised beef tips on pasta, peas and carrots, rye bread, fresh fruit. 2: Deli sandwich on a bun, peas and carrots, rye bread, fresh fruit.
