Degraw died at Gritman Medical Center in Moscow, and her child was airlifted to Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane.

Also injured in the crash were the driver, 28-year-old Sean O’Laughlin, and another passenger, Bryan O’Laughlin, 23.

Police said 22-year-old Rylee O’Laughlin and 6-month-old William O’Laughlin were also passengers.

The vehicle hit a patch of loose gravel, causing it to slide sideways, police say.
