American Society for Training and Development Workshop – The Inland Northwest chapter of the ASTD will present this workshop, “Training Skills for Your Success, Session 4: Class Management and Handling the Difficult Learner.” Speaker will be Scott Orchard, sales trainer from Center Partners. 11:15 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at CenterPlace, 2426 N.
