Pro-Condon, pro-Spokane

Steve Johnston’s July 17 letter refers to Mr. Condon’s “disingenuous request for donations, his elitist attitude and a fair election.” Elitists tell people what fertilizers to use, how much water usage is acceptable (particularly when there is no crisis), propose to spend millions on bike paths and lanes and build electric car charging stations with taxpayer dollars, like our present mayor has done.

Mr. Condon’s campaign is a positive movement that is pro-Spokane. It includes Democrats and Republicans alike who desire a mayor who is a longtime resident that understands our strengths, will work hard to improve our weaknesses, reaches out to all of our communities and above all works tirelessly to promote a vibrant business community that will provide the much needed jobs and revenue that this city requires.

Join the movement, Mr. Johnston, be pro-Spokane and support David Condon, the only sensible candidate for mayor!
