Senior meals
For the week of Aug. 1-5
Monday – Option 1: Chicken Alfredo with pasta, vegetables or peas, breadstick, apple-cranberry crisp. Option 2: Barbecue turkey on a bun, vegetables or peas, breadstick, apple-cranberry crisp.
Tuesday – 1: Spaghetti with meat sauce, Italian green beans, salad with dressing, breadstick, cookie. 2: Cottage cheese plate, Italian green beans, salad with dressing, breadstick, cookie.
Wednesday – 1: Spanish rice casserole, vegetable blend, applesauce, dinner roll, cake. 2: Meatloaf sandwich, vegetable blend, applesauce, dinner roll, cake.
Thursday – 1: Roast turkey with gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, vegetables, chilled pears. 2: Chile con carne, garlic mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, vegetables, chilled pears.
Friday – 1: Baked ham with pineapple, creamed potatoes, broccoli, bread, cookie. 2: Cheeseburger casserole, creamed potatoes, broccoli, bread, cookie.
