Elect a new generation

Another primary election is upon us. As a member of the baby boomers, I believe it is time to relinquish our controls to the next generation. Perhaps they can do a better job.

So for City Council positions, I plan to vote for Ben Stuckart, City Council president; Joy Jones for 3rd District, and I am supportive of John Waite for 1st District.

I also plan to vote for Sally Fullmer for Spokane School District.

What do all these individuals have in common? They are young, with new ideas, and are willing to challenge the status quo. We need fresh faces who have a dedication to the community to lead us in these difficult times.
