Driver cited after hitting teenage cyclist
A teenage bicyclist was trapped under a car about 8 p.m. today after he was struck while crossing the road.
The 16-year-old, whose name was not released, was taken to Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries, said Sgt. Kevin Huddle of the Spokane Police Department. The driver, Richard Snow, was cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian.

The bicyclist was not wearing a helmet but did not suffer serious injuries.
