Cloudy, cool weather with a chance of isolated showers is forecast for today. Spokane should see a high in the middle 40s with a 20 percent chance of showers while Coeur d’Alene gets a 30 percent chance of showers. The weather pattern continues tonight with lows in the lower 30s, but drier conditions are expected on Saturday. Spokane should remain mostly cloudy while Coeur d’Alene gets to see some sun on Friday. Temperatures will also warm on Friday to the lower 50s. Another rain storm is expected on Friday night through Saturday night, and there is a chance of rain and snow on Saturday night. The region gets another break from the rain on Sunday, although it will be cloudy, forecasters said. The pattern continues into early next week, but the National Weather Service said there is a glimmer of hope that warmer spring weather may arrive by the end of next week. Spring begins Sunday at 4:21 p.m. At 7 a.m. today, it was 32 at Spokane International Airport and Deer Park, 34 at Felts Field and Coeur d’Alene and 33 in Pullman.
