Senior meals

For the week of March 21-25

Monday – Option 1: Chicken cacciatore parmesan with peppers and mushrooms and farfalle pasta, French green beans, whole wheat roll, fruit cup or cookie. Option 2: Turkey pita sandwich, French green beans, whole wheat roll, fruit cup or cookie.

Tuesday – 1: Cheese ravioli, vegetable blend, spinach, breadstick, fruit cup or brownie. 2: Stuffed peppers, vegetable blend, spinach, breadstick, fruit cup or brownie.

Wednesday – 1: Lentil and sausage casserole, steamed baby carrots with basil, rye bread, cinnamon apple slices. 2: Potato soup, steamed baby carrots with basil, rye bread, cinnamon apple slices.

Thursday – 1: Marinated beef and vegetables, rice pilaf, broccoli, whole grain roll, fruit cup or cake. 2: Creamy dill tuna salad, rice pilaf, broccoli, whole grain roll, fruit cup or cake.

Friday – 1: Turkey cutlet with sage and lemon, baked potato, broccoli and red peppers, tossed salad, whole grain roll, fruit. 2: Stuffed baked potato, broccoli and red peppers, tossed salad, whole grain roll, fruit.
