Keller Williams Realty Spokane has hired Kevin Parkins, Alek Lewis and Brent Watson as new agents.

Wendy Burgener-Wallin has been hired by Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty as an associate. She has 14 years of real estate experience and previously owned a brokerage firm in California. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a concentration in public relations/advertising from California Polytechnic State University. The company also hired Vic Grilli as an associate. He previously worked in the hospitality industry and has extensive sales, marketing and product development experience.

Providence Health Care has hired Joe Robb as director of marketing and public relations. He previously worked in public relations for Arbonne International and VSP Vision Care in California. He holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree in health care management from Mercer University.

Promotions

DCI Engineers promoted Thomas Holman to structural project manager and Jeremy Stuart to civil CAD manager. Holman has been with the company since 2007 and Stuart joined the company in 2004.

Washington State University promoted Sue Clark and Herbert Hill from professors of chemistry to Regents professors.

Dan Pinkerton has been named the No. 1 financial advisor in Idaho by Barron’s financial magazine for the second consecutive year. Pinkerton is the owner and founder of Pinkerton Retirement Specialists in Coeur d’Alene.

The American Board of Family Medicine awarded Robert Bray with a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Bray is the medical director of Hospice of Spokane.

Jean Henscheid received international recognition during the National Resource Center’s 30th Annual Conference on The First-Year Experience. Henscheid, core curriculum director at the University of Idaho, was recognized for her work in improving entering college students’experiences.

The North American State and Provincial Lotteries has named Jeff Anderson president. Anderson is director of the Idaho Lottery and the Idaho State Liquor Division.

Associated Industries received a 2011 Better Workplace Award from the Association of Washington Business for the company’s innovative benefit and compensation programs.

The National Council on Qualifications for Light Professions presented Christina Raschko with lighting certification. Raschko is a senior lighting designer for ESCENT, the architectural lighting design division of MW Consulting Engineers.

Joel Enevold has earned a California professional engineer license. He is a senior electrical engineer for MW Consulting Engineers.

ActionCOACH Business Coaching firm presented ActionCOACH Spokane with three Coaches Choice Awards and an Action Man Award during its annual regional conference and awards banquet.
