Wolves’ status may be short
With the removal of the Endangered Species Act, the wolves could easily be hunted back onto the endangered species list. There is a large chance that by making it legal to hunt and kill the gray wolves, the population will plummet to very low numbers again.
After a long time of there being scarce numbers of wolves, we’ve finally been able to raise the amount to a good large number. Now that the wolves are able to be hunted, that just opens up the doors for them to be brought back to being endangered again. We shouldn’t hunt them; we should regulate them so that they don’t cause harm but also don’t get killed off.
