After today’s rain and 60-degree weather, the sun will return Friday, with a high near 76 expected in Spokane, 73 in Coeur d’Alene. And the high on Saturday could approach 80 in Spokane, and a few degrees lower in Coeur d’Alene.
But Saturday’s forecast is a mixed bag, with some wind and rain also possible, according to today’s National Weather Service report.
And then things will turn around Sunday, which is expected to be cooler and wetter, forecasters say. Sunday’s high will be near 60, and the chance of precipitation is 80 percent.
Rain remains in the forecast early next week as well.
