Carlos Ortiz Nieves reported Friday the $1,750 theft of a yellow gold necklace and bracelet from his home on the 1500 block of West Ocean Avenue.

Wesley Terrell reported Saturday the $315 theft of a backpack and compact discs from his 1999 Pontiac Grand Am parked at his home on the 1000 block of West Emma Avenue.

Brooke Dimitratos reported Saturday the $2,085 theft of a 2005 Schwinn scooter and four snow tires from her former home on the 3100 block of North 13th Street.

Gary Lair reported Saturday the $9,700 theft of jewelry from his home on the 3800 block of North Ramsey Road.

Kootenai County sheriff

Don Bitton, Post Falls, reported Thursday the $3,800 theft of vehicle accessory parts from his 1996 Ford F350 pickup parked at his home on the 2500 block of East Poleline Avenue.

Renee Besser reported Friday $500 damage to a door of a home on the 400 block of East Lancaster Road in Hayden.

Guillermo Nevarez, Post Falls, reported Friday the $1,000 theft of a 1981 Dodge Charger from property on the 3200 block of West Lark Avenue in Post Falls.
