Arrest made in robbery of N. Division adult shop

James A. Turnipseed, 32, (Crime Stoppers)
Spokane police arrested a man riding a bicycle early today in connection with an armed robbery at an adult entertainment shop on North Division Street. A woman clerk told police that two men with guns came into the Hollywood Erotique Boutique, 3813 N. Division, and tied her up before taking money and merchandise about 2 a.m. She provided officers with good descriptions of the two, police said. Officer Darrell Quarles spotted a man who matched one of the descriptions riding a bike in the neighborhood during the initial response by police. Quarles stopped him and discovered that he had items taken in the robbery. He was identified as James A. Turnipseed, 32, of Spokane, and was booked on a charge of first-degree robbery.
