Wrong number for Orlando’s Bistro Night

Last Wednesday’s Food section included an incorrect phone number for the Inland Northwest Culinary Academy at Spokane Community College.

The culinary students there are offering Bistro Night dinner at Orlando’s restaurant Dec. 2 and Dec. 3. The student-run restaurant is rarely open to the public in the evening, so this is a chance to taste the cuisine there if you can’t make it to lunch.

Choose from seating times at 5:30, 6, 6:30 and 7 p.m.  The price of the dinner has been reduced to $35 per person.  Dinner reservations are required; call (509) 533-7283 for more information and to reserve with a credit card. The evening will include student-designed menu items, tableside preparation, seasonal and local ingredients, student-crafted European bistro-style desserts, wine and interaction with the students.
