Senior meals

For the week of Nov. 21-25

Monday – Option 1: Marinated beef and vegetables, rice pilaf, steamed carrots, whole-grain roll, cinnamon apple slices. Option 2: Creamy dill tuna salad, rice pilaf, steamed carrots, whole-grain roll, cinnamon apple slices.

Tuesday – 1: Lentil and sausage casserole, vegetables, rye bread, spinach salad. 2: Potato soup, roast beef half-sandwich, vegetables, rye bread, spinach salad.

Wednesday – Roast turkey with gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, vegetables, fruit, dinner roll, pumpkin chiffon.

Thursday – Kitchen closed for Thanksgiving. .

Friday – Kitchen closed.
