Pedestrian killed by semitruck on Thor
A semitruck struck and killed a man Wednesday morning at Second Avenue and Thor Street in Spokane, according to Spokane police.
The driver did not stop, KHQ reported. Spokane police say they’re not sure if the driver knew he hit someone.
The man, who was hit while walking south on Thor, has not been identified.
Spokane police detectives investigating the death are seeking video footage from a red light camera at the intersection as well as surveillance video from a nearby gas station, KHQ reported.
