Aerialists to perform above Savory diners

Heads up. There will be some unusual guests hanging around Savory Restaurant on Friday and Saturday during happy hour, 4 to 7 p.m.

Aerialists from Spokane Aerial Performance Arts will perform on silk tissue using special steel hoops called lyra above diners between 4 and 7 p.m. Savory, located at 1314 S. Grand Blvd., has soaring 25-foot ceilings. The performers climb to a suspended apparatus without the use of safety lines and rely only on their training and skill to ensure safety.
